2015年、今年も頑張ります

あけましておめでとうございます。
昨年は娘の小学校受験、引っ越し、人の増加、海外パートナーとの事業、、、、。1年があっという間に過ぎていきました。

しかし1日1日が大変充実していた気がします。家族とは受験を通じて、絆が強くなったと感じましたし、昼間は会社で自分でしかできない仕事以外の時間のほとんどを、社員やパートとの勉強会に積極的に充てました。そのかいもあって、多くの社員やパートから2015年の目標を発表してもらったところ、ほぼ全てのスタッフに共通して、「もっと自社商品のことを勉強する」、、”勉強”というキーワードが会社に浸透できたと実感しました。

今年も皆様よろしくお願いします！

In 2014, I had so many events .
My daughter's elementary school entrance exam, house moving, increasing number of employees, got a partner from abroad...
time passed by so fast in my life.

However , That was really satisfying every day in 2014. Thanks to this daughter's elementary school entrance exam, the bond between me and my family deepened.

I spent a lot of time studying about my company's product "Live Commerce" with my employees. It turned out to be successful. Because when I asked them "what your target is in 2015 ?" , most of my employees said "I want to learn more ...". So "Study" became my company's keyword. I was able to feel that "Working is to be studying" .
